Semi-automatic machine for making hard boxes

The B-500 semi-automatic machine was developed by SINWEI and enables a very wide application in printing houses involved in making luxury boxes. The machine has 4 guides, which achieves the highest precision. The maximum dimension is 500mm, while the minimum is 50mm, which can be adjusted very easily.

  • The machine is fully equipped with servo motors and controlled via PLC

  • Starting the machine is done via the HMI and is very simple and easy to set up.

  • Full control is achieved through the device of the best bands, which reduces the possibility of downtime

  • The machine with a fault alarm functions, such as and part of the failure, the alarm will whistle, fault will be displayed on the screen.

  • The machine has an emergency switch that stops the entire machine
